Status of exploration into Causes for Canonization

The Canonization Exploration Commission has been in operation for over three Spirit-filled years. It is convinced that both of these men of God are saints in heaven worthy of glorification here on earth and the Commission has thus informed the Archbishop of Miami

We were also pleased to receive a letter from the Archbishop of Havana on the subject. The commission is now awaiting for biographies of its first two Directors, while it is in the process of compiling all their writings (taped homilies as well), and drafting corresponding lists of possible witnesses. In the meantime we continue to discern about, while also promoting the Causes among the faithful. The competent bishops must also hear the clamor of the people, so we encourage you to write to Archbishop of Miami, Thomas G. Wenski at 9401 Biscayne Blvd., Miami Shores, FL 33138, on behalf of Fr. Llorente and Archbishop of Havana Juan Cardinal García at Calle Habana No. 152 esq. a Chacón, La Habana Vieja, La Habana, Cuba. C.P. 10100. La Comisión de Canonización comenzó su labor exploratoria, con la ayudad el Espíritu Santo, hace tres años. Está convencida que estos dos hombres de Dios están en el cielo y son dignos de ser glorificados aquí en la tierra, y así se lo ha comunicado al Arzobispo de Miami. Recibimos la gracia de correspondencia del Arzobispo de la Habana sobre el mismo tema. La comisión está en espera de las biografías sobre sus dos primeros directores, mientras compila todos sus escritos (grabaciones de homilías tambien), y redacta listas de posibles testigos.

Mientras tanto continuamos discerniendo y promoviendo las Causas entre los fieles.
